Spring Onions
Season: March - May
To grow: Definitely an underrated vegetable to have in the garden. Spring onions take up very little space and are a hardy little vegetable to have as a constant in your garden. Remember to succession sow them because once you harvest them once they don't grow back themselves!
To eat: I love roasted them whole but also eating them raw as a garnish is a delicious way to have them straight from the garden as it retains quite a lot of their delicious sweetness.
