After attending Ballymaloe Cookery School in 2019, Xanthe moved home to North Wales from London and begun working for her families businesses: The Good Life Society, Hawarden Estate Farm Shop, and Glen Dye Cabins & Cottages as Food & Food Sustainability Director. Alongside this, Xanthe runs supper clubs in London and around the UK and has worked with brands such as TimeOut, Abel & Cole, Minor Figures and many others. Xanthe has plenty of exciting projects and plans for 2022 & beyond.
