Xanthe will be joining Danish chef Mikkel Karstad to cook up two lunches and two dinners at Heartland Festival in Denmark on the 2nd - 5th June. They will be partnering with a local farm, producing a 6 course meal filled beautiful, simple vegetarian dishes.
