Xanthe x Jenki
Xanthe is collaborating with Jenki to serve up a delicious, fresh brunch alongside Jenki matcha drinks for a limited number of guests on the 28th April.
Xanthe will be using a variety of produce that she's grown in Wales and will be cooking with eggs from her hens. The honey on the menu is from her bees as is all the fruit.
