Blood orange compote
Skin the oranges with a knife and cut into thin slices.
Add the spices, ginger, honey and oranges to a pan and cook on low heat with the lid on for about 10-15 minutes. You may want to add some water to make the compote more runny.
Ingredients
4x medium blood oranges
1cm ginger, peeled and grated
1 big heaped tsp runny honey
3-4 cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
